About My Clients
I help couples and individuals break old patterns of unhelpful behavior and work on increasing relational and life satisfaction. Often times my clients are couples that have become disconnected or find themselves fighting - feeling unheard, misunderstood, and under-appreciated. I also work with individuals with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, relational issues, grief, and parenting.
My Background and Approach
I have a bachelor's of science in psychology and my master's degree in martial and family therapy. I have worked at intensive outpatient programs, as well as private practice for the last 5+ years. I typically use CBT and ACT with my individual clients and Gottman Method with couples. I am also attachment informed and emphasized the therapeutic relationship in all my work.
