I work with adults, both individually and couples. Areas I can assist with include anxiety, depression, pregnancy loss, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, lifestyle balance, stress management, and motivation. I also have extensive experience working with dual disorders and substance use. My ideal client is highly motivated to make the changes that they want in their life, and willing drive their treatment based on their needs and goals. My Background and Approach
I am trained in numerous therapeutic modalities to address a variety of concerns, but specialize in anxiety, depression, pregnancy loss, grief, and dual disorders. I utilize an eclectic approach to best meet individual needs, with emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical, Mindfulness and Solution-focused techniques. Together we will identify your specific needs and goals for treatment, and tailor your treatment plan to address them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Experience in both my professional and personal life has taught me that we all need help and support at times, and I hope to normalize asking for and embracing help and support. I know that reaching out for help is hard. Being vulnerable takes courage. I can appreciate the challenge of committing to make changes for a better life, and I am here to provide a safe and accepting space to do just that.
