About My Clients
You may look like you have it all together, but inside you feel exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns you cannot seem to break. Maybe you are carrying the weight of childhood wounds, relationship struggles, or a deep sense of not feeling good enough. My clients are often strong, capable people who are tired of just surviving. If you are ready to feel seen, understood, and supported in creating real change, we can walk that path together.
My Background and Approach
My therapy style is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative, honoring you as a whole person—mind, body, and soul. I’m trained in EMDR and depth-oriented therapy to help you process trauma, heal relational wounds, and rebuild self-worth. For couples, I draw from Gottman Method, Restoration Therapy, Imago, Prepare/Enrich, and EFCT to strengthen communication, restore trust, heal pain cycles, and deepen emotional connection. I offer a safe and supportive space where you will be fully seen and heard. By exploring your story with compassion and curiosity, you can embrace all parts of yourself and move toward healing and meaningful connection with both yourself and others. If creative expression feels right for you, I include writing, poetry, storytelling, art, and anime to support your healing journey. Faith and spirituality are welcome and honored when they are important to you and at request.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in the presence of safety, trust, and genuine connection. Many people carry silent stories of pain, shame, and self-doubt, believing they have to hide the parts of themselves that hurt. I see therapy as a space where every part of you is welcome, where your story is honored without judgment, and where we can work together to create the life and relationships you long for. I believe change is possible, even if you have been stuck for years or have tried therapy before. Whether we are working on trauma from the past or challenges in the present, my focus is on helping you feel grounded, empowered, and capable of real connection. You do not have to walk through this alone. Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about reclaiming the truest version of yourself.
