About My Clients

Most people who find me are high-achievers, entrepreneurs, or people who’ve been carrying a lot for a long time. They’re burnt out, stuck in old patterns, or feeling disconnected from their bodies & relationships. Others are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions & simply want to feel more like themselves again. I also support individuals who want to build healthier ways of relating, communicate more clearly, & create dynamics that feel more supportive & less reactive.

My Background and Approach

I’m a trauma-trained therapist with a background in somatic and relational approaches, influenced by Brainspotting, IFS, and Hakomi. I help individuals—especially high achievers and entrepreneurs—tune into their bodies to better understand emotions, patterns, and experiences that may feel stuck or overwhelming. Trauma, stress, and burnout often show up physically before we notice it mentally, and I provide tools and support to help you process safely while building emotional regulation skills. I work with clients to uncover patterns, navigate stress and burnout, and try new ways of relating to themselves and others that feel more grounded and sustainable. My goal is to help you leave therapy feeling more resilient, connected, and capable of leading your life and work from a place of balance and clarity.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’ve been an overachiever, trying to prove my worth through work, until I burned out completely. That journey led me to slow down, rest, and process long-held patterns that kept me in constant hypervigilance. Now, I help high achievers, leaders, and helpers do the same—step into life with more embodied awareness. I see burnout as a signal that something deeper wants our attention. By bringing unconscious patterns into awareness, we can rewire habits, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, strengthen relationships, and lead from a grounded place. I deeply value connection and community. Healing is powerful in groups, whether it’s family, friends, or colleagues, I create spaces for growth that honor your personal goals while leaning into the support and wisdom of others.
