About My Clients
My clients are those who struggling with overthinking, people pleasing, self-esteem, being "too sensitive," and feeling stuck. They may be navigating a tough relationship, stressor, or life transition. They may identify as being Highly Sensitive (HSP), neurodivergent, or LGBTQ+. My clients tend to be the friend everyone goes to for help, so they put themselves last.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm and supportive. I have experience using Parts and Memory therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness. Also, I incorporate my client's interests and strengths, like art, writing, or music into therapy. Together we will decide which approach is right for you.
