My Background and Approach

I believe in the inherent power within each person to heal and thrive. I offer a space to identify what changes YOU want to make, and help you learn the skills to achieve your goals. I hope that after therapy with me, you’ll know yourself more deeply and be able to hold that knowing with greater confidence, wisdom, connection to your values, and curiosity with others as you navigate the world. My areas of specialization are in women's issues (such as menopause & aging), relationship challenges (including sexual intimacy & infidelity) faith transitions, religious trauma, and relational distress that often accompanies life's evolving changes. I use evidence-based interventions and a human-to-human connection through systemic interventions. My work is trauma-informed, inclusive, and focused on equality and dignity for all—offering a compassionate environment where you can explore your story with curiosity and respect.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Therapy is both personal and political—it happens in the room between us, but it is also shaped by the systems we live in. My work is grounded in values of compassion, justice, and equality. I strive to create a space that is inclusive, affirming, and accessible for all. I identify as feminist-aligned, trauma-informed, HAES-oriented, and deeply respectful of cultural and spiritual diversity. My commitment is not only to individual healing, but also to dismantling shame and honoring each person’s dignity and story. I believe in the healing power of connection—to self, to others, and to the natural world—and in the resilience that emerges when people feel radically accepted, valued, and respected.
