Perhaps you need a safe, comfortable, welcoming space to process something with a therapist who can help you find your own answers. If you are feeling out of control or if you are struggling with life’s challenges, seeking help is an excellent way to start the process of healing.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have over twenty years’ experience working with individuals and families. I have a certificate in working with military veterans and their families, EMDR certification, and advance training in sex therapy. I do not believe in “therapy in a can,” so your treatment is specific to you and your needs. The approach we take to your journey is as diverse and individual as you. My role is to support, challenge, and guide you on your journey to reach the goals you have for your life.
