My Background and Approach
I take an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, blending evidence-based techniques with mind-body healing to create lasting change. Rooted in attachment theory, I help individuals and couples explore relational patterns and build deeper connections. Using EMDR (Flash Technique), somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, I guide clients in processing trauma and regulating their nervous systems. My approach also includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), inner child work, and parts work, helping clients gain self-awareness and emotional balance. Drawing from yogic principles, positive psychology, and life coaching, I provide practical tools for empowerment and personal growth.
