About My Clients
My client are a broad range of humans, but 14 years of age or older, and motivated to improve their lives. Whether suffering from substance use disorder, PTSD, body image issues, navigating non-traditional relationships such as ethical non-monogamy, safely exploring kink or any number of other issues, I am here to help.
My Background and Approach
I am a person-centered, harm-reductionist. I believe that it takes time to change patterns of behavior, and you should be the driving force in those changes. I believe my role is to provide you space to explore the issues at hand, while providing insight and tools. Whether those tools are coping skills for anxiety, self-harm prevention tools or just general tools to survive life, I want to help you be prepared for all of life's emotional curveballs. I believe in letting go of emotional baggage, and I will do my part to help you return that baggage to the carousel. You are the driver on this journey, so we will tackle issues that matter to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and change. I also believe that sometimes that support it necessary for change. Life can be hard, and sometimes change is easier with support. I believe in providing services, judgement free, where you can explore thoughts and beliefs and how they impact your day to day life and mental health. I am LGBTQIA+ allied, kink allied, sex worker allied and believe people should get to be who they truly are, as long as they aren't hurting anyone else.
