About My Clients
I love to work with motivated, late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals who want to understand themselves more deeply and learn ways of working with their neurodivergence. My approach is collaborative, curious, and conversational. Together, we can explore what makes sense for you, what isn’t working, and what might work better.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 23 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings and with individuals facing a wide range of challenges and life circumstances. For the past 10 years, I have worked in private practice, allowing me to develop a more individualized and collaborative approach to therapy. I currently provide telehealth-only services, offering the flexibility and comfort of meeting from your own space. My years of experience have shaped an approach that is thoughtful, practical, and grounded in genuine curiosity about each person’s individual experience. I draw from a range of therapeutic tools and approaches based on my training and experience, tailoring them to each person’s individual needs. Rather than relying on one specific modality, I use what is most helpful in the moment to support clients in understanding themselves, managing symptoms, and developing helpful practices.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are experts in their own lives, and that therapy should be a space where you can be understood without judgment. I believe there is no single “right” way to be a person, and that many of the struggles people experience come from trying to fit themselves into expectations that may not fit who they are. I value authenticity, curiosity, self-understanding, and the freedom to explore who you are without having to apologize for it. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative and when we can be honest about what is and isn’t working. I strive to create a space that is inclusive, affirming, and respectful of each person’s identity, relationships, values, and lived experience. My role isn’t to tell you who you should be, but to help you better understand yourself and create a life that feels more genuinely your own.
