About My Clients
My clients are often exhausted from doing it all—mothering, caregiving, working, holding everything together. Many feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected from the life they thought they'd be living by now. Whether they’re navigating neurodiverse parenting, caregiving burnout, or just life overload, they want support that’s real, affirming, and rooted in compassion.
My Background and Approach
I’m a pre-licensed therapist and social worker with lived experience parenting a neurodiverse child, caregiving for aging family members, and rebuilding my career after burnout. I work with women—especially moms—who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or lost in caregiving roles. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real-life tools. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and narrative work to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. I believe therapy should feel like a soft place to land and a gentle way to rise.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe women deserve care too. I believe burnout isn’t a personal failure—it’s a signal something needs to change. I believe neurodiversity is not something to “fix,” and that motherhood isn’t supposed to feel like drowning. I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to explain yourself. You can show up messy, quiet, unsure—and still be worthy of support.
