Whether you’ve been in therapy before or it’s your first time, it’s hard to be vulnerable and to give voice to that which brings us discomfort, pain or shame. And, therapy can be incredibly rewarding. Creating meaning out of our experiences is a powerful and transformative process, one I am honored to walk through with my clients.
My Background and Approach
I’m a warm, compassionate and down-to-earth therapist. I work relationally, drawing upon psychodynamic, existential and emotion-focused therapies. Through our therapeutic relationship, we will create a space where you feel seen, heard and comfortable to explore and express your authentic self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I fundamentally believe everyone has value and is inherently worthy of love and respect. My work and approach is rooted in a social justice framework, so I pay attention to the intersectional identities my clients hold and how they interact with my own.
