About My Clients

I've supported adolescents and adults facing difficult life transitions and changes, survivors of domestic and sexual violence, new and expecting parents, individuals dealing with grief and loss, as well as individuals living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders and other mental health conditions that impact your day to day well-being. I look forward to creating a safe space for you to express yourself, and offering you tools and resources to feel at peace again.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is strength-based, empowerment-based, and person-centered. My training includes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I have been trained through Postpartum Support International to treat Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, and have experience working in domestic and sexual violence programs, as well as in community mental health with adolescents and young adults. My philosophy is that you are the expert on your life, and with the right support, can identify what you need to thrive. I have personally seen the growth that can occur from engaging in talk therapy with someone who cares, understands, and is willing to help you through the difficult times, and I hope to be that person for my clients.
