When life feels overwhelming or out of control, it can be difficult to know where to turn. Anxiety, depression, grief, major life transitions, and feelings of disconnection from yourself or others can leave you feeling stuck, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted. Therapy can provide a space to better understand what you’re experiencing and help you regain a sense of clarity, balance, and direction.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and identities, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free environment where you can openly explore all aspects of your identity and experiences. I draw from Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-centered approaches. I use these to build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, process difficult experiences, or reconnect with yourself, so that therapy can help you feel more empowered and supported.
