My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As Holistic Psychologist I was certified as Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Instructor and Craneosacral Therapist. I completed a Post Doctoral Degree in Spiritual Intelligence which enriched my integrative practice. I'm specialized in Mind/Body Integration, Mindfulness, Wilderness Therapy, Nature Based therapy, Stress Relief, Trauma, Affirmative Therapy and others
