I tend to work with professionals who have difficulty putting down their jobs and careers when it comes to building and enjoying their personal lives. Work/life balance is very important when determining how to live the life you want. I will help you sift through all of the things keeping you too busy to work on changing anything.
My Background and Approach
I want you to feel free to talk openly about anything that you need to talk about. It is so important to have at least one person in your life that you can talk to without being "on" or having to worry about what you say. I will strive to understand you and to help you understand yourself. I am here to listen and support you through whatever you are going through and to work with you to see aspects of the situation that you may not be fully aware of. We will work on understanding your unique challenges and developing your hidden strengths. There is so much distraction from what we are feeling that it is nice to schedule a time and place once a week to allow for our feelings. The only feelings that can hurt you are the ones that you won't allow yourself to have. I will provide a safe place to experience those feelings and work through them with you.
