About My Clients
In order for you to feel heard and understood, my objective is to help create a safe, inclusive, and authentic space. I support clients facing a variety of life-stressors and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I have experience supporting diverse populations and LGBTQIA+ identifying individuals.
My Background and Approach
I believe in a humanistic approach to therapy that focuses on your subjective experience; the integration of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and psychoanalysis will be utilized when appropriate to fulfill your individual needs. I also bring a queer, feminist, trauma-informed, and cultural awareness perspective to my work.

I personally know how much courage it takes to reach out for help. I also know firsthand how incredibly life-changing working with the right therapist can be.
