My clients have been from very different backgrounds! Some examples are: young professionals who still live at home and struggle to set boundaries with family, people who experienced some kind of trauma and have never processed it before, healthcare workers struggling with burnout. I can give you the tools you need to reach your own individual goals.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specializes in trauma and have extensive experience with victims of crime of all ages, BIPOC college students and young professionals. Currently I am trained in TF-CBT, EMDR, PESI Online Play Therapy among other modalities.
