I also integrate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop psychological flexibility and mindfulness skills.

I specialize in helping individuals manage and overcome anxiety through evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I have expertise in DBT, originally designed for treating borderline personality disorder but also effective for managing mood disorders and interpersonal difficulties. DBT integrates skills training in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to help clients build healthier coping mechanisms and improve relationships.

I am experienced in CBT, which is a structured, goal-oriented therapy focused on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress.
