About My Clients
Do you struggle with feeling low or burnt out with life? Feeling lost trying to understand yourself? Failing to cope with symptoms you can't seem to control? I understand how isolating and scary this process can be for most. I collaborate closely with my clients to explore any negative patterns, identify triggers, and explore healthier coping strategies to heal from traumas and adverse experiences. If you're looking for a safe space to process and grow, then please reach out to discuss more.
My Background and Approach
Graduating from Temple University with a Master's of Social Work in 2020, I have been practicing as a Therapist/Mental Health counselor for 6 Years. I have worked with clients from all walks of life, but have felt particularly focused on supporting clients struggling with Gender/Sexuality exploration, Race/Ethnicity concerns, Religious/Cultural Trauma, Sex/Intimacy Issues, and Couples/Relationship counseling. My treatment style is Trauma-informed, Anti-racist, and Compassion-focused.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My mission is to make therapy accessible for everyone, no matter their background, beliefs, Identity, or history. My practice is compassionate, culturally competent, and encompasses more than just one form of support/therapeutic school of thought. My eclectic background in therapy, coupled with my person-centered approach to wellness, drives my work in helping clients understand, process, reconnect, and ultimately heal from whatever wounds life has brought them. I am committed to creating a safe and encouraging space where people who may feel overlooked or undervalued can gain confidence, self-love, resilience, and gain skills to improve their quality of life.
