About My Clients
I provide counseling to adolescents, teens, and adults who feel confused about life, or stuck in habits that no longer serve them. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+, transgender, and gender-expansive clients. I want my clients to be curious and open to learning about themselves and the world. My approach is supportive and affirming.
My Background and Approach
I am a helper and guide to my clients as they build understanding of how to grow and make progress on their goals. I am active in sessions, giving feedback and asking questions to deepen my client's insights into themselves and their thoughts and behaviors. I work with my clients in a trauma-informed, feminist, LGBTQ+ affirmative, and antiracist way to help them navigate their experiences and feel more authentic as they move through the world.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and am involved in the Black Lives Matter movement. I am a curious forever learner.
