About My Clients
If you are seeking therapy, you may be hoping to find support with challenges that feel difficult to carry alone. Maybe you’ve been through painful experiences in relationships, grown up with family conflict, or noticed patterns that repeat no matter how much you try to change them. Perhaps you feel stuck, like something is holding you back from living the life you want. In therapy, you can begin to untangle these struggles, find your voice, and reclaim the parts of yourself that feel lost.
My Background and Approach
I am a Colorado-based licensed clinical psychologist with a doctor of psychology (PsyD) degree from George Washington University. I also am PsyPact certified, which means that I can see people virtually across the US. I use a trauma-informed, psychodynamic relational approach to therapy, integrating existential, humanistic, and somatically-focused interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I tailor my approach to the unique needs of each individual and couple and have over five years of experience providing individual, couples, group, and family therapy and administering psychological assessments in private practice, community mental health, and inpatient settings. I enjoy serving adults across the lifespan, particularly during phases of transition, and have had the pleasure of helping a wide scope of communities with diverse backgrounds.
