I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma recovery, ADHD, autism, mood disorders, and life transitions. I also support those feeling stuck or overwhelmed and seeking clarity or direction, whether in their personal lives or careers. My integrative approach is especially helpful for clients who are open to exploring how lifestyle, nutrition, and mind-body connections can play a role in emotional well-being.

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard and supported. I use a evidence based practice . Together, we’ll explore your challenges, uncover your strengths, and create practical tools to help you move forward. You’ll leave each session feeling empowered, understood, and equipped with strategies to tackle life's hurdles. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure therapy for anxiety disorders (panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder , social phobia, OCD). Other methods i use encompass solution focused brief therapy to offer practical tools to face life's hurdles as well as depression and mood disorders, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical behavioral therapy to deal with -painful and uncomfortable emotions, assertive and communication training to improve self esteem and relationships just to name a few .
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that each person is the expert of their own life, possessing an innate ability to be resilient even in the face of adversity. I value the importance of self-compassion and extending compassion to others. I also believe that no one holds the right to judge another, as we each walk our own unique path.
