My training in OCD began in 2014 at McLean Hospital's OCD Institute. In addition to my role as a therapist, I currently serve on the executive board of OCDNH, the NH affiliate of the International OCD Foundation.

I spent five years working at the residential level of care for eating disorders as a therapist before my current role. I have seen hundreds of people through the other side of life-long struggles and know hope is possible!

I have expertise in working with individuals with anxiety and related disorders (panic disorder, phobias, etc.). I use evidence-based treatments to help you achieve change and feel empowered for personal growth.
