My Background and Approach
I am a middle-eastern and gender expansive. I provide a person-centered process that tackles current difficulties while exploring deeper experiences where issues are rooted so that you can find meaning and feel empowered. As an integrative psychotherapist, I work at the intersection of western psychology and eastern practices, bringing a variety of tools—talk, EMDR, mindfulness, art therapies, and CBT.
