My Background and Approach
I have experience and training in helping individuals to process their emotions and build healthy coping skills. My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, emotion-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. I offer my clients a non-judgmental space to safely explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through this collaborative process of self-discovery, I work alongside my clients to bring them closer to the life they want to live.
