Everyone struggles from time to time. Sometimes you can manage alone; other times, it's harder. During the harder times, it might feel more difficult to control how you feel, think, & act. It can make it even harder if you don’t have anyone to talk to, or that when you do try there are a lot of misunderstandings. You don’t have to be alone during the hard times. I work with clients to learn & build on their strengths, as well as identify the best direction to go to achieve their desired goals.
My Background and Approach
I hope to provide a space where you can allow yourself to sort through and organize your thoughts and feelings. My clinical experience is based on working with individuals and families struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, & adjusting to life changes.
