About My Clients
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with children, adolescents, families, and individuals navigating emotional challenges, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in attachment-based family therapy (ABFT), play therapy, CBT and culturally responsive care. My clinical work is grounded in a deep respect for family systems, emotional expression, and identity development. As an immigrant and bilingual therapist, I bring cultural humility and lived experience into the therapy room, especially when working with clients navigating generational, cultural, and relational challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in the context of safe, supportive relationships—where we feel seen, heard, and accepted. Everyone deserves a space to explore who they are without judgment. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, where we gently uncover the impact of early relationships, cultural expectations, and personal struggles to create space for growth and change. As someone with lived experience navigating cultural transitions and identity, I value diversity and honor each client’s unique background. I believe in the resilience of individuals and families, and I’m committed to helping clients reconnect with their inner strength, build secure relationships, and live more authentically.
