About My Clients
You’re accomplished, driven, and capable, but the pressure never fully turns off. Anxiety runs beneath the surface, burnout feels chronic, and perfectionism keeps raising the bar. At Elevé Therapy & Co, we specialize in therapy for high achievers navigating perfectionism, burnout, and high-functioning anxiety across California. Our therapists help clients build balance, psychological flexibility, and a healthier relationship with achievement
My Background and Approach
Our therapists specialize in working with high achievers navigating perfectionism, burnout, high-functioning anxiety, and self-criticism. We understand what it’s like to function at a high level while feeling mentally “on” all the time. Therapy here is a space to slow those patterns down, build emotional steadiness, and create change that feels sustainable - without sacrificing your ambition or edge. At Elevé Therapy & Co, therapy is active, collaborative, and goal-oriented. If therapy has felt passive or unclear in the past, our approach may feel different. We help clients identify patterns, challenge self-pressure, develop practical coping tools, and build a healthier relationship with achievement, rest, and self-worth - not just process stress endlessly.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our work is informed by a feminist perspective that recognizes the unique pressures many women carry - the expectation to achieve, care for others, stay composed, and constantly hold everything together. Many of our clients have spent years tying their worth to productivity, appearance, success, or how well they meet others’ expectations, often at the expense of their own wellbeing. We strive to create a therapy space that feels warm, collaborative, and empowering. We believe women deserve support that goes beyond “managing stress” and instead helps them understand the deeper patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, and self-criticism that can develop within achievement-focused environments. Therapy here is about building a more compassionate, sustainable relationship with yourself - not becoming less driven, but feeling less consumed by pressure.
