About My Clients
I work with people navigating dating and relationships who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, or choosing emotionally unavailable partners. You may crave intimacy while also fearing rejection or losing yourself in a relationship. I also support clients through breakups, loneliness, and the uncertainty of figuring out what you need, who you trust, and how to build more fulfilling relationships.
My Background and Approach
My approach draws from psychodynamic and somatic therapy, helping you understand not only what you’re experiencing, but also the deeper patterns and emotions underneath it. We’ll explore how past experiences may shape your relationships, self-worth, and ways of coping, while also paying attention to what happens in your body in the present moment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Moving to the U.S. and adapting to a new culture has taught me firsthand that starting over in a new country can be both exciting and difficult. It can mean learning a new way of communicating, navigating unfamiliar social norms, missing the people and community you left behind, and sometimes feeling caught between two cultures. These experiences have shaped the way I understand identity, relationships, belonging, and the many ways culture influences how we see ourselves. I value creating a therapy environment where you don't have to hide or translate parts of yourself. I want you to feel comfortable being honest, asking questions, and exploring who you are without judgment. I bring curiosity, warmth, and cultural humility to my work, and I welcome conversations about culture, identity, family expectations, and immigration. I also provide gender-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming care and welcome dive
