About My Clients
Individual who struggle with the world around them and the world they wish to create and thrive in. Individuals who are seeking growth, internally (i.e. belief systems, self-worth, self-esteem, spirituality) and externally (i.e. career/job, relationships,). I am a Christian and although clients do not have to share the same belief, it may help.
My Background and Approach
The tools that I'll provide you with are practical and specific to your life challenges and goals. My goal for you is to have at least three different tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times. I do believe in homework as well as interactive approaches. I am direct and solution focused. We'll work collaboratively to address self talk and belief systems, navigating through careers and different stages in life, relationships, faith/spirituality, mild depression and anxiety. The goal is to identify your what and your why to empower your how. You'll gain the ability to succeed inside and outside of yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I also believe everyone can thrive internally without doing so externally and vice versa. However, the ultimate goal is to thrive inward and outward. This means, in order to make it happened you have to make it happen. Negative things happen to people and it can affects them in a big way. I also believe that no matter how big or how bad, what you do afterwards can have an even bigger impact on your life. As a child, I was abused, abandoned, always in terror, with a brave face. A lot of negative things happened to me. But, I have to be honest about my wins. Throughout my life, I found myself beating the statistics and stigmas by making decisions that were more impactful than what had happened to me. I created life and obtained victory by choosing to think and/or do better after negative things happen.
