I have experience and extensive training in helping to support children and their families in re-learning how to connect and communicate with one another. Parents do not start as blank slates. We all have a family history that shapes our day to day interactions. I believe that it is never too late to examine those experiences, heal from generational trauma, and create new, healthy connections with yourself and your family members.
