About My Clients
You might be here because you’ve been called “too sensitive,” feel easily overwhelmed, or quietly wonder where you fit—especially as someone who is queer and/or asexual. You’re searching for a therapist, who actually understands sensitivity, culture, and queerness, without you having to over-explain.
My Background and Approach
As a queer and Highly Sensitive therapist, I enjoy working with asexual, gray‑ace, demisexual, questioning folks, and sensitive introverts. Together, we'll create a soft, steady space, where your boundaries are honored, your quirks are welcomed, and you get to be fully yourself—without shame or pressure to change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and validating. I offer telehealth therapy for clients ready to invest in their emotional wellbeing with someone who truly “gets” sensitivity, queerness, and asexuality. If this feels like a fit, I’d love to connect for a brief consultation and see how we can work together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Each individual is worthy because each individual exists. People are all works in progress. Further, mental health is part of overall health and wellbeing. I strongly value authenticity, empowerment, growth, and vulnerability. I am passionate about feminism, body/sex positivity, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and various social justice issues, including racial trauma.
