About My Clients
I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationships, family changes, self-esteem, identity, and life transitions. My clients may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply unsure of what comes next. I especially enjoy supporting young people and women as they build confidence, understand their emotions, heal from difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with who they are.
My Background and Approach
I bring experience working with children, teens, and adults across outpatient, crisis, and higher levels of mental health care, including partial hospitalization, diagnostic assessment, and family work. My approach is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, integrating CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and creative interventions. Together, we'll understand what's beneath the surface, build practical tools, and create meaningful change that feels true to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, valued, and safe being authentically themselves. I value kindness, curiosity, compassion, connection, and creating a space free of judgment. I believe mental health care should honor each person's unique identity, culture, relationships, values, and lived experiences. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to providing an inclusive space. For clients who desire it, I also welcome spirituality or Christian faith as a meaningful part of therapy.
