Young people express their feelings in a plethora of different ways. Counseling is great to help kids better organize their thoughts and feelings in a productive way for the child and family.
I work with children, young adults, & families of all sizes and backgrounds. The theoretical approach I utilize with clients is Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
