About My Clients
The women and teens who come to me are struggling with: sleep issues, lack of focus, excessive comparison to others, difficulty making decisions, heart palpitations, anxiety attacks, and feeling like life is happening TO them and not BY them. I work with you to find strategies that work to help you take control of your life- your own way.

Not only am I a counselor, I am also a licensed personal trainer. I believe the mind and body work together to create our own unique healthy. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all people should have a voice; regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, or ability. Society at large purposefully mutes the voices of many. I believe that empowering ourselves is our life's work. I am proud to be a partner to you in your own journey of healing. I support the Black Lives Matter movement, believe Love is Love, and strongly support the rights of immigrants. I'm also an animal lover and have a 1.5 year old dog who acts like a puppy!
