In my work, I often draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindful and compassionate approach that helps you make space for what’s hard while moving toward what truly matters. Rather than fighting every difficult thought or feeling, ACT invites us to sit beside them—learning to act with intention, guided by your values and the kind of life you want to build.

DBT helps us hold both truths at once: that you’re doing the best you can and that you can keep growing. In our work, I weave mindfulness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills into our sessions so you can respond to life with greater self-understanding and grace. DBT offers practical tools for living with more clarity, compassion, and calm—especially when life feels like too much at once.
