About My Clients
Our treatment philosophy focuses on harmonious relationships, emotional calm, and abundant self-worth across the life span. We appreciate the impact that connection has on our mental, emotional, and physical well-being - when our relationships are going well, we have the confidence and energy we need to tackle the challenges of life. Sessions can explore ways to heal unresolved issues/pain, know who we are, ask for what we need, and access our resilience in moments of stress.
My Background and Approach
Services include: couples therapy, child and family therapy, individual therapy, EMDR and trauma therapy, substance and process reliance recovery, and perinatal mental health. Our Intake Coordinator can discuss your needs and match you with a therapist who is skilled at working with your particular circumstances. Day and evening appointments available.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We work with relationships struggling with: distance or conflict, communication, emotional intimacy, military life, sexual issues, broken trust or infidelity, co-parenting, divorce discernment, behavioral issues, blended families, baby bonding, and separation/divorce. Individual therapy explores: depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, self-worth, identity, addiction, grief, illness, PTSD, and abuse.
