About My Clients
I am passionate about my work with couples and individuals, and love watching connection deepen and insight and empowerment develop. I specialize in couples, individuals, perinatal mental health, parenting transitions, depression and anxiety. I offer in-person as well as online therapy.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy; an attachment based model that focuses on relationships between ourselves and others. This is a dynamic and highly effective model that offers insight into our inner longings, fears, and cycles, with the intension of fostering a sense of deep inner understanding, safety, connection and empowerment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about my work as a therapist and feel it is a true honor to be entrusted with my clients' inner worlds. I support clients with all backgrounds, values, ethnicities and religions. I am a proud supporter and ally of the LGBTQ community and Black Lives Mater movement. My goal is to get to know my clients, and to find a way to nurture a sense of safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship.
