About My Clients
You may be functioning on the outside while your mind and body are telling you something needs to change. Anxiety, depression, ADHD or a major transition can show up as exhaustion, poor sleep, difficulty focusing or feeling disconnected from yourself. I work with adults who want to understand what is happening beneath the surface and build habits, relationships and coping strategies that support their whole well-being.
My Background and Approach
My approach is holistic, practical and collaborative. We will explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, habits, relationships and physical well-being. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative, psychodynamic and somatic approaches, adapting the work to what feels most useful. Sessions may involve learning a concrete regulation skill, noticing a mind-body pattern, exploring the history beneath a reaction or making a manageable plan for change. I am warm and conversational, and I also offer honest feedback and gentle challenge.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy can be a place to slow down enough to hear what your mind and body have been signaling. Healing is not only about reducing symptoms; it can also mean reconnecting with purpose, choice and a steadier relationship with yourself. I value patience, nonjudgment and a whole-person view of well-being. We will move at a pace that feels manageable and keep checking that the work is relevant to your actual life.
