My Background and Approach
Our practice specializes in evidence-based therapies for OCD, Tourette syndrome, phobias, trauma, child therapy, and more in Dix Hills. We offer a comprehensive, evidence-based approach with therapies such as CBT, CBIT, Habit Reversal, Exposure Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Family Therapy, Child Therapy with Play Therapy, DBT skills, and animal-assisted therapy upon request. We prioritize individualized, short-term therapy and provide support and education for families dealing with mental illness. Parent training programs are also available. Our goal is to improve lives through diverse therapeutic options.
