About My Clients
Are you struggling with the same old patterns in your relationships whether romantic, family, or with friends? Do you feel like you give more than you receive? Maybe you tend to feel unheard, unseen, or disappointed in some way. It's normal to feel anxious and alone when you're not getting your needs met, and I get that it can feel scary to speak up for yourself, let alone even know what what your true thoughts and feelings are. I'm here to support and guide you through your process of growth.
My Background and Approach
The tools and support I'll provide you come from my 11+ years of experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. The most powerful tool in my toolbox is the safety and trust of our therapeutic relationship. My highest intention is to provide you with a space where you feel you can be wholly yourself, understood, and held so that you know you have somewhere to land when challenges arise. Together, we'll work to gain understanding and insight into what contributes to the areas where you feel stuck, and then collaborate on how to navigate forward with your personal goals in mind. I integrate my background as a yoga and meditation teacher providing us with tools to manage anxiety, stress, and communication issues. Modalities I often bring into sessions include mindfulness practice, non-violent communication, self-compassion practices, Internal Family Systems and parts work, inner child work, psychodynamic theory, polyvagal theory, and somatic therapy techniques.
