About My Clients

I specialize in working with queer, trans, and gender-expansive individuals, at all stages of identity discovery. I enjoy working with people navigating their relationship to substances, people navigating the (in)justice system, and neurodivergent people learning to navigate a world that demands neurotypicality. I love working with fellow liberationist Jewish folks, as well as all people struggling toward liberation while existing in the demise of empires.

My Background and Approach

My approach is relational and person-centered, grounded in the principles of abolition. I see my role as providing tools and guidance while respecting that individuals are the experts of their own needs, goals, and experiences. I often weave in modalities such as CBT, DBT skills, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a queer, non-binary, anti-zionist Jewish therapist. I am an anti-oppressive, abolitionist therapist and human. My background is in community mental health, working with people who are currently unhoused and with folks who are HIV+. I am involved in leading radical Jewish spiritual life and rituals and love exploring liberation-based forms of spirituality.
