I consider the therapeutic space to be sacred; akin to a laboratory, art studio or garden where we can learn and unlearn to know ourselves.

Adolescence can be an especially challenging time as developmentally appropriate transformations rapidly take place. Teens begin to develop a sense of self outside of their families and an increased need for independence. As they begin this process many teens struggle with how they fit into the world. Therapy can offer to support identity exploration and healthy relationship building. Working to create a safe environment, we creatively explore self-development and build tools for self-expression
Maintaining curiosity and compassion, we work together to uncover and unpack how our past relates to our present. I work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds wanting to explore a wide range of issues including sexuality, trauma, body image and relational wounding. I believe working with the therapeutic relationship can be the alchemy important to healing.
