With a creative arts background, art and play are pillars in my practice alongside mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR.
As a 1.5 Generation Filipino-American woman, I value creating a safe space to explore the experiences of immigrant families and process difficulties.
