About My Clients
I’m passionate about helping you understand all the ways you show up in relationships and gain clarity around your needs and boundaries. Through the Gottman Method and/or Discernment Counseling, my aim is to provide couples with guidance in navigating the health and direction of their partnership. I continue to support young adults and individuals through grief & loss, family dysfunction/ACE’s, & PTSD using a trauma-informed modality called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a 1.5 Generation Filipino-American woman, I value creating a safe space to explore experiences of immigrant families and process difficulties related to intergenerational dynamics.
