At the core, I see myself as a confidence builder. Together, we work to identify those things in you that are special and unique about you and build on those strengths. Those things that might be masks that you wear for other people or habits you learned growing up that aren't serving you well now, we'll start working through.
I believe that people are happiest when they're being authentic. When you are being yourself, you're more able to balance your life ( in terms of self, career, relationships, spirituality, and community) and stay in your "sweet spot" (doing something that you're good at, passionate about, that the word needs, and you can support yourself).
In today's deeply divided world, it's difficult to have the confidence to be self-positive and affirming while waiting for the criticism that feels inevitable. Therapy can help equip you with the skills needed to live your best life.
