About My Clients
I have helped both children and adults process trauma and gain effective coping skills for managing anxiety and unwanted thoughts to help them live a more fulfilling life. Our work together will help you gain clarity on how to navigate the problems you are facing by providing you with a safe environment as you begin your journey toward healing. I have helped children (ages 4-12), adults, families and parents process trauma, improve the parent-child relationship, reduce anxiety and depression.
