About My Clients
Are you at a crossroads, wondering what is around the corner in life? Are you struggling with racing thoughts, anxiety, or uncertain about tomorrow? Are you lost, wondering when this cloud will lift? As a therapist, I hold space for all aspects of your identity and will collaboratively uncover your life story using a narrative and person-centered lens.
My Background and Approach
As a counseling intern, I use a variety of techniques to help my clients grow. Working primarily from a narrative and person-centered lens, we will explore the narrative of your life, identify strengths and include all aspects of self into your growth journey. We will honor the difficulties and struggles you have faced while working together to help you achieve find growth and balance in your life. It can be daunting to reach out and ask for help or support. My job is to be a support as you grow. I want to be there to help. As an intern, I am still in school and up to date on the latest techniques and best practices. I am also supported and supervised by a licensed clinician at my practice and engage in regular faculty and peer supervision as well, in order to provide the best care for you. I am available in person or via telehealth. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
