About My Clients
I am a bilingual psychotherapist (English and Hebrew) who works with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other stressful life situations. I have experience working with culturally diverse patient populations and the LGBTQ+ community.
My Background and Approach
With the proper intervention and support, patients can acquire the tools they need to make meaningful changes in their lives. I integrate several therapeutic interventions depending on patients’ treatment needs, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focus therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship. I believe in creating an empathetic, warm, and supportive environment for my patients. Understand the role and impact of patients’ past childhood experiences on their current lives. I bring insight into the interplay between past and current experiences. Through this process, I guide my patients to develop healthier behaviors with the goal of improving the overall quality of their lives.
