My approach is direct yet gentle, offering authentic, no-BS support. We’ll collaboratively explore barriers, whether it’s grief, trauma, or insecurity, starting with the present moment. Using evidence-based methods like EMDR, Brainspotting, and Somatic Therapy, I’ll guide you in uncovering your strengths and creating a path to resilience. Over the years, I’ve trained in modalities that address emotional, physical, and psychological challenges. Together, we’ll process emotions, release what no longer serves you, and help you navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
